The Website and store are operated by HAKEEMJAMES LLC under the store name HAKEEMJAMES (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

Our products are intended primarily for decorative household use.

Customers should use and care for products according to the applicable product description and any care instructions provided.

Confirm that a vase is suitable for holding water before using it with fresh flowers or water.

Not every decorative vase is necessarily designed to hold water. Customers should review the applicable product page before use.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, impact, modification, unsuitable cleaning methods, or use contrary to the product information may not be considered a product defect.

4. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct availability information when reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Estimated total delivery time is generally 6–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold HAKEEMJAMES LLC harmless from third-party claims or reasonable expenses resulting from:
